Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for StreamDelay subscriptions, provided by Stream Delay LLC.

Billing and renewal

StreamDelay is sold as a recurring subscription (monthly or annually, as shown at checkout). Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price at the end of each billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:

• Future renewals stop — you will not be charged again.
• Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep access through that date.
• After that date, your plan ends and paid features are no longer available.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or periods after you cancel but before the current term ends.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate or clearly mistaken charge — contact us within 30 days and we will review it in good faith.
