Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the StreamDelay software, website, and related services (the "Service") provided by Stream Delay LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

StreamDelay provides software for managing and delaying live streams. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also suspend or discontinue parts of the Service, and will give reasonable notice where we can.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as shown at checkout). Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. We may change subscription prices, and will give you advance notice before a change takes effect on your renewal.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; or using the Service to distribute malware or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Stream Delay LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing. You retain ownership of content you create; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stream Delay LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability) will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
